We are joined by second year psychiatry resident Dr. Michelle Tom to discuss cultural considerations that factor in the practice of psychiatry. Dr. Tom is currently co-writing a chapter on cultural considerations for the use of psychotropic medication with children and adolescents so we were anxious to pick her brain about this topic.
